Cancellation Policy
In the event you may need to cancel, clients are requested to notify me at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Cancellation fees are not typically covered by insurance providers.
Session Length/Frequency
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length, with the remaining 10 minutes used for documentation and administrative tasks. Longer sessions can be arranged as needed (e.g. in the case of couple or family therapy sessions).
Weekly sessions are encouraged. Weekly sessions help to not only build a strong therapeutic relationship but also continue to build momentum and progress toward therapy goals. Depending on the nature and severity of the client's concerns, the frequency of sessions may vary.
