Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a confidential setting for clients to address painful relational dynamics, including parent-child and couple issues, childhood attachments, and various mental health challenges. Reasons for seeking therapy could be related to anxiety, depression, shame, hopelessness, low self-esteem, and trauma symptoms. Additionally, therapy can support people in navigating life stressors like grief, postpartum adjustments, identity exploration, and thoughts/behaviours of self-harm. Through this process, I support clients in gaining insights and tools to improve their emotional well-being, fostering healing and personal growth.

The following may be some of the reasons for seeking individual therapy, though this is not an exhaustive list.

- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress management (related to work or academics, for example)

- Self-esteem and self-identity
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions (career changes, retirement, marriage, divorce, parenthood, family changes)
